This four week course is designed to give you a basic introduction to training by heart rate and understanding the basics of HRV. By training with a lower intensity you are able to have a higher volume of training with fewer injuries. Training with less intensity also allows you to get the most out of your speed workouts and moderate effort days.
Each week you will receive an email with information on various topics describing how to incorporate them into your training. You will also get a generic 4 week training plan with beginner and intermediate options that include a strength training routine. You do not need to have any experience with running or exercising to start this program. You do not need to have access to a gym and can do the strength workouts at home.
You will also receive an invite to our bi monthly online meetings where we can discuss everything running for an hour via Zoom.
